City Buildings – The Public and Theater Building

This structure is highly inspired by a Public Building achieved in 1907. It served as a Town Hall, a Fire Department, and a Police department. On the first floor were the mayor’s office, a utility office and council chambers. The second floor was always used as a Theater with an auditorium and balcony that seats approximately 300 people.

This building is part of the “Walt’s Street models project”. It is a custom model.

Special features: Sliding garage doors, outside stairs

Dimensions (approx.): H: 7.7 cm; Width: 9.2 cm; Depth: 18.3 cm
