City Buildings – The Courthouse

This structure is highly inspired by a county courthouse located in Ohio. It was founded in 1818 and is still in use nowadays.

This building is part of the “Walt’s Street models project”. This is a custom model.

Dimensions (approx.): H: 11.5 cm; Width: 14.5 cm; Depth: 13.2 cm

A metallic lightning rod can easily be added on top of the tower (not included in the kit).

Window glazing and inside floor can easily be added separately (not included). You can use a piece of plastic/plywood/carton for the inside floors and a transparent plastic sheet for the window glazing. 

Note that all roof detailing (unless mentioned), vehicles, rolling stocks, trains and characters shown on the pictures are not included in the kits! Trucks are from Randy Brown. Characters are from Preiser. Locomotives are from AZL and rolling stocks from AZL and MTL.
