This custom model is a combination of 2 warehouses drawn by a Z modeler. It can be used for any other industrial purpose, like (car factory, merchandise depot, etc).
Special features: A loading platform (indoor) for two 40ft. cars, 2 loading docks for trucks, 3 chimneys, 4 roof vents
The model includes the complete building and mentioned detailing, window glazing and building instructions.

Window glazing and inside floor can easily be added separately (not included). You can use a piece of plastic/plywood/carton for the inside floors and a transparent plastic sheet for the window glazing.
Note that all roof detailing (unless mentioned), vehicles, rolling stocks, trains and characters shown on the pictures are not included in the kits! Trucks are from Randy Brown. Characters are from Preiser. Locomotives are from AZL and rolling stocks from AZL and MTL.
