City Buildings – The UP Hotel & shop

This modular structure is inspired by the UP Hotel from Salt Lake City. It was located nearby the Union Pacific Train Station.

A small shop/supermarket stands next to it. It is inspired by an American building. The hotel is a custom model.

The hotel and the small shop/supermarket can be sold separately.

 

Dimensions (approx.):

Hotel: Height: 14.4 cm (without the metallic lightning rod); Width: 7.8 cm; Depth: 9.5 cm

Shop: Width: 6.5 cm; Depth: 7.1 cm

 

Window glazing and inside floor can easily be added separately (not included). You can use a piece of plastic/plywood/carton for the inside floors and a transparent plastic sheet for the window glazing. 

Note that all roof detailing (unless mentioned), vehicles, rolling stocks, trains and characters shown on the pictures are not included in the kits! Trucks are from Randy Brown. Characters are from Preiser. Locomotives are from AZL and rolling stocks from AZL and MTL.
